344 Frost, LLC Wholesale Terms

Greetings and thank you for your interest in wholesaling 344 Frost ceramic goods. Here’s a look at our terms.

 

1.) Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of 344 Frost, the minimum order value is $300. For accounts reordering within the year, the minimum order value is $150. These order values do not include tax or shipping costs. Any returning accounts who do not re-order within twelve months will be considered new and be required to order a $300 minimum.

 

344 Frost Ceramics reserves the right to adjust the required minimum order value at any time without notice. Minimum order values are respected for one week (7 days) after the contract is sent. After 7 days, if the minimum order value is changed, all previous offers are nullified.

3.) MSRP

Products or goods purchased from 344 Frost shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to 344 Frost and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis for a limited time frame.

 

4.) Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All approved retailers will be required to pay 50% of the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of 344 Frost. Any inquiries will have locked in pricing for 1 week (7 days) but are subject to any price adjustments after that point if the invoice is not paid. The approved retailer may sell goods at 2 - 2.25x the wholesale cost. The MSRP is 2x the wholesale cost.

 

5.) Returns

Return requests must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without 344 Frost’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Forced returns will not be accepted. A 20% re-stocking fee as well as shipping costs will be the responsibility of the wholesale account holder if a return is accepted. For any goods damaged in transit, please provide a photo of the damaged goods and original packaging and send an email stating the damages within 48 hours of delivery. 344 Frostis not held responsible or required to issue a refund for any goods damaged after delivery. Any custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

6.) Payments

344 Frost accepts payments via Shopify Payments (which accepts all major credit cards and PayPal). All payments will be made toward invoices provided by 344 Frost. An invoice for 50% of the total wholesale cost (25% of the MSRP) will be sent upon ordering, and the remaining 50% of the wholesale cost (25% of the MSRP) as well as the shipping charges will be in a second invoice when the product is ready to ship. Invoices must be paid prior to shipment. Invoices that are not paid within 10 days are subject to cancellation without refund of any amount paid thus far. Any wholesale items that are customized or special requests are subject to payment in full at the time of ordering.

 

7.) Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Orders over $500 ship at the cost of 344 Frost, but all orders under $500 will ship at the cost of the retailer. Orders placed for a location within a 10 mile radius of 344 Frost (22030) may be picked up by the retailer. 344 Frost Ceramics will not refund the cost of any goods damaged while in the retailer’s possession or transportation. 344 Frost Ceramics will not ship or deliver orders to multiple locations from one transaction.

 

8.) Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact 344 Frost at hello@344frost.com within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.

 

9.) Delivery Window

Please allow a base time of 6-8 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time, and a rush fee of 20% of the total order may be added at 344 Frost’s discretion in order to shorten the production time. An estimated shipment date will be provided at the time of the order, and all orders are subject to extended time frames determined by 344 Frost’s availability. Completion and shipment dates will be provided prior to billing in order to ensure that all parties agree on the terms.
